I renewed my payment for the Roku Hallmark Channel last night. When I went to the Hallmark Channel to watch a movie it won’t let me watch anything and asks if I want to start a new subscription which I have already signed up for this channel and I received a confirmation email that I was signed up. Does it take 24 hours to get the account activated so I can use it?
Does the issue only occur on the Hallmark channel or across other channels installed on your Roku device?
Have you tried removing the affected channel Hallmark channel and then re-install again? If not, we suggest starting there. In some cases, removing the affected channel and then re-installing it may help. Restart your device before re-adding the channel back in to ensure the process is successful. We recommend doing this through the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If there is no Power submenu, proceed to the next step.) > System restart.
