Roku Express 3930x - Stopped streaming from all channels yesterday 8/4/23. Every channel givea different error or just shuts down, not even the Roku channel. Some ads or intros will play audio, but no vidoe. I have remove/re-added channels, restarted cable modem, did the home/up arrow/rewind/ffwd to clear cache 3 times, factory reset roku express, but still no luck. I see many users with the same problem, has anyone gotten a solution from Roku or discovered a resolution?

1) Device is about 25 ft from wifi. It has worked for years, problem just started yesterday.
Each channel has different errors or not error, but does not playback
2)Paramount Plus get "Unfortunately an error occurred during playback"
3) Max "There is a problem with you device setup"
4) Starz Plays ad, with audio, but no video then error "Playback Failed"
5) Roku "Cannot access program, not available or expired"
Again, I removed/re-installed channel, restarted cable modem, check both ends of hdmi cable, factory reset roku, reset roku cache (home 5 time, up arrow, rewind 2, ffw 2.

We appreciate you providing answers to the questions above. Please try to move your router closer to your Roku Express, as it is not designed for long-range Wi-Fi. You can also try to use cellular data so we can try connecting your Roku Express to your hotspot.
