Roku Channel - Problem with Sea Patrol

Sea Patrol is a series on the Roku Channel. The captions on 2 of the Season 3 episodes are reversed. Episode 7 caption goes with Episode 8, and Episode 8 Caption goes with Episode 7.

Is this the right place to report such an issue?

Never really seen this issue before, so I’d guess that it must’ve been a captioning mistake that Roku developed while processing the episodes to the app.  What happens if you try to alter the caption settings on the device itself?

You’d also need to contact whatever company owns the rights to the series (if they have a contact page).

I’m into videotapes and old electronics stuff, including extenders, converters and analog 4:3 TV sets (which are obsolete these days), and Miss Bianca is my favorite character in Disney’s The Rescuers (1977) and its sequel, The Rescuers Down Under (1990). Thanks for the response!

I have no idea how to alter caption settings on the device.

How do I determine who owns the rights to the series? Most of these shows show multiple companies that are involved in making the shows.

Well apparently, McElroy All Media produced the series (according to Wikipedia), so I’m guessing that’s the company that owns the rights.
