Roku Channel Featured Free Not Playing

Why do I get a black screen when I try to play a 'Featured Free' program with my Roku Premiere?

"Featured Free" (home screen menu) seems to be working fine on my devices.

Have you tried performing both a System Restart on your device and also rebooting your Router?
