Just validated that episodes now are loading issue appears to be resolved.

It's been 3 weeks and the problem still is not fixed!
The Rifleman issue for me was resolved sometime Wednesday, March 4th.
I no longer have any problem loading and watching Rifleman episodes through my Roku 3 device.
A few days prior, I had also powered my router on/off, the Roku device on and off and also deleted the Roku TV Channel from Roku device and reinstalled it. I am not sure any of these actions were germane to problem resolution.

I think the resolution is internal to ROKU. I am now having issues with Wyatt Earp, which initially had been loading and playing fine. Rifleman is still working as of March 4th.
I had rebooted ROKU device, rebooted router, uninstalled ROKU channel and reinstalled ROKU channel none of which resolved the problem. I am Using ROKU 3 device.
There is a reply on this thread from a ROKU rep that you should perhaps reply directly to get their status of what the earlier problem resolution was what the current status is and I am going to do the same.
Having similar problem with Wyatt Earp. What was the problem resolution for the Rifleman although it seems others are still experiencing issues.?

#(4098288) this is the support request number that I was given when I first inquired why we could no longer watch the Rifleman series. We have not heard back regarding this (weeks ago) It appears that many others are also having issues with this. Sounds as though some people are now able to watch it again. Is there now a fix for this problem? Please let us know. Thank you
