Resume watching issues with a movie

okay,

 

So I watched movie about a week ago.  I finished it.  With a few minutes left in the credits. it suggested a new movie.  I just let it switch.  Once the new movie started I stopped it and went back to the main screen.

Now the original movie keeps showing up as not finished.  It said I had 12 minutes left.  I tried to use the * button to remove it from the resume watching section.  no good.

I used to * button to say I had finished watching it. no good.

I resumed watching it and left for a while, got back and the next movie had started - third movie even though I stopped it partway through is not on my list to resume watching.  It now says I have 2 minutes left to watch.

First, provide additional details, such as the title of the content, seasonepisode, or specific timestamp associated with the issue. In the meantime, you can try removing and reinstalling the app. Often, that can sort out the problem. Also, restarting your Roku device before adding the app back can help ensure the process is successful.
