Reset device, now I can't access B1G+ subscription

I reset (unplugged, plugged back in) device 2 days ago. Now I can't access my B1G+ subscription.

@Funkenheimer Can you open the B1G+ app and go to your profile?  If so are you logged in?  It may be that when you reset your device you were logged out of the B1G+ app.

We did this. Still can't access.
