Repeated channel top screen display

While watching a program or station...the station identification info display appears on the top of the screen during program....approximately every 30 minutes. I have tried resetting...and have looked for a setting to turn this off as it is quite annoying. How do I get this to stop?

I haven't seen this behavior before on a RokuTV.  Are you using a RokuTV or a TV with a Roku device connected to it via HDMI.

Can you post a screenshot when this occurs. (use the little camera icon to upload your photo).
