Tried everything in the menu including factory reset to get rid of the original HBO MAX user data. Also tried to cancel from the Roku by using my iPad to “sign out other devices” (didn’t work), & unplugged for 4 hours (didn’t work). This Roku Express is stopping me from inputting & signing into my new HBO MAX account by preventing removal of the original account data! Are these companies in cahoots or what? Please help!
