I have done payment for subscribing Hotstar,but could not access to it.Evenif I have contacted Hotstar,they asked me to contact Roku.

Yes my LG TV is attached with the roku device. The main issue here is that I added the hotstar channel via roku and then paid the subscription. However, after inserting my card details the TV showed that there is a problem in connecting to the hotstar but y card has been charged and the hotstar subscription bought. I can see hotstar subscription in my roku account, however the email details i mentioned in the subscription shows that the email ID is not found in the database. strange!!! If I will be able to retrieve the email ID on which the hotstar subscription is charged I would atleast be able to login to the hotstar through my laptop, if not through the TV.
