I have the same issue with Easy Show. Came back from vacation and both Roku's say it's inactive and I need to purchase it in order to use it (paid for in July 2020). When I click the Roku link to purchase it, I'm shown the channel menu with a link to go to the channel. When I click that link, it just takes me back to the same message that it's inactive. When I try to buy it again online, I'm charged for it but it still doesn't work on the Roku.

this may be useful for anybody still having the issue.
My problem with the app is that the temp reading is not very accurate varying as much as 12 degrees +/-. Works otherwise. Hope you can fix it
