Re: Roku 55” Westinghouse screen issue

I keep having HCDP issue on my Westinghouse. I currently have a #Roku3800x streaming stick and have tried it in all HDMI ports and including a HDMI splitter to see if that would help. I have unplugged the Roku and tv multiple times because those are the first troubleshooting steps but that has not helped. Please can someone help me out with this issue.

We understand that you are having an HDCP error when using your Roku Streaming Stick. We're here to help. To clarify, are you plugging the device into a Roku TV or non-Roku TV? Could you tell us how are you powering your Roku device? Is it connected to the USB port of the TV or to a wall outlet?
