I get the same error, you’ve reached the max number of video sreams. This happened the first time I tried using the app. I logged in using my tv provider. I’ve tried deleting the app and reloading. I’ve restarted Roku to no success.
Please be advised that channel logins or authentication are handled directly by the channel developer. We suggest reaching out to CBS support to report the issue and for further help. They can resolve the error you are having with channel authentication.
@GBuss Not sure what you are asking. Do you have multiple devices using the service? Is this Paramount Plus? Are you sharing your password with others who may be streaming at the same time? Almost every service has a limit on the number of simultaneous streams.
