Same topic as many others. "This network is not part of your provider package " Discovery Ch has been in my package for 30 years. Roku doesn't offer me to enter a code. I've re started. Removed app twice and re started tv several times.

I was trying to get Fox news but it ask me to log into my provider and gave me a code to enter.I don't know what to do.I am new to Roku.tia
The screen with the code should also give you the URL to go to. Go there (being careful to enter the URL exactly), and follow the directions there. (Which is typically some combination of: enter code, select TV provider, log in at your TV provider.)
This can be daunting on your first time through.
Expanding on the reply from @Strega, above:
The screen giving you the code to enter for FoxNews also gives you the URL (web address) you need to go to in order to enter this code. Go there via the web browser on a computer, phone, or tablet. Enter the code on that web page as instructed. As part of the process you'll have to choose the TV Provider you currently pay to give you access to FoxNews, and authenticate it by entering your username and password for that Provider account.
Remember this process, as you'll likely need it for adding other "cable" channels to your Roku.
