Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?

We are not able to watch QVC or HSN because it either locks up or after a long delay it goes back to Home..
This is an older topic but now all of a sudden I'm having an issue with my Q/HSN app not starting. You click, the screen goes black and then back to the channel selection/home screen.
I have seen this a lot lately with various channels/apps on two different TCL Roku TVs. Restarting the system thru settings has corrected it. Hope this helps.

I did both suggested solutions. It worked for a while after the second solution of removing the app and readding after restarting but it's now doing it again on another app so I guess I'll be doing it with that one too. I've never had this happen before and now all of a suddenit's two apps in so many days. Odd to say the least.
