I reported it too. They said they would relay the issue to their IT staff and to allow 24-48 hours to fix.
Yes thats the way its done. Report it to the channel itself and give them time to fix it.
Having the same issue. I've removed and re-added the channel several times and the same thing happens. I try to click on the QVC/HSN screen and it just takes me out of QVC and back to the home page.
Exactly 9:03 EST, QVC-HSN stopped working again. Let me make a prediction, this won't ever be fixed.
We are having the same problem also - just keeps bouncing back to the homescreen even after reinstalling, rebooting, etc. Very irritating, especially at this time of year.
I contacted QVC customer service Sunday via Facebook Messenger to make sure the issue had been reported to their IT staff and they said that it had been. Let's give them 1 more day.
It's fixed! I did a system update tonight on my Roku and it updated the app. Squeaky wheel gets the grease.

The issue I’ve had with the QVC/HSN channel seems to have been resolved. I had no problems with it last night after doing a system update. Thanks to all who chimed in and helped get this issue resolved!
This is actually happening to me now. For the past 2 days. Click on the QVC/HSN icon it goes to the channel but will not let me navigate throughout the channel and within 30 seconds goes back to my ROKU home page.
