Private listening uverse

Why roku private listening doesn't work with att. Works with netflix, youtube but not with cable, why?

Im having the same issue right now. I can watch youtube while using the private listening on the app but cant on disney+. Did you find a solution? Have restarted my device and my roku with no luck
