I deleted my old account and created a new account with roku. used all India details.
Account is setup but unable to install Primevideo and Hotstar in Roku.
Im able to install both apps in other Smart TV I have which is on same network and could see using my subscription.
Could someone help?

I have few questions
1. Same app works in my TV with same login (app credentials) why is it not working only in ROKU
2. What is my region in my profile, how can I find and how to change it to "India"
3. How to know the supported regions of the app, so i can get a screenshot and reach out to service provider for resolving it.
Both PrimeVideo and Hotstar are paid streaming provider and if there is something that they have to resolve, then need to get back to them with more info. It would anyone be able to help getting info for above questions.
Hi I am also having same problem not able to install Primevideo and Hotstar in India roku premiere 3290x purchased in April without which there is no point of this Roku..
Pl. suggest alternatives for the same otherwise I end up in purchasing other streaming devices and conclude that Roku is of no use in India
