Prime movie English Audio unavailable with surround sound 5.1

On my system I ordered a movie on prime and while there was background sound, there was no sound when English was selected. Other languages worked ok as did subtitles. Fortunately  i have the prime app on my smart tv and all worked there. I adjusted many settings on tv and Roku but never gor sound on Roku english. Other movies were ok. Strange

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
