This week I tried to use Prime Video Channel but I'm not able to start watching any video because it crashes, that didn't happen last week, does anyone else has this issue too? Roku Express+ (3910 series)
They just released an update which works!! You must select option and check for updates.

We believe this issue has been resolved. Please try updating the channel by navigating to the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button and selecting Check for updates, and then seeing if this resolves the issue you are experiencing.

I am having this same issue. Open Prime. After about 5 mins of watching anything, Roku reverts to start screen. Tried remove channel, restart and reinstalled. Same issue

What Model #/firmware version/app version? What is the detected internet download speed? (Settings/Network/Check now)
App version 11.8 build 2021012619 Roku version 9.4.0 build 4200
Not sure on internet speed at the time. But does not cut out with any other app and occurs at different times of day. Also can load straight back up once it drops to start screen.
Again, what is the model of your Roku? (Settings/System/About) What is the detected download speed? (Settings/Network/Check connection)
And if its not affecting any other app, its likely an app-specific issue in which case you'd need to contact Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/contact-us
I just got a new roku and logged into Amazon and when I hit play the app closes down. Called Amazon and was instructed to uninstall app/channel and reinstall. Didn’t work- any suggestion? (Netflix and Apple TV works fine...)
Recommended to do a System Restart between deleting channel and reinstalling channel.
1. Uninstall channel.
2. Settings....System....System Restart (for Roku TV, under the Power Submenu).
3. Reinstall channel.
See if that procedure helps.
When loading prime video the Roku goes back to home screen.
I am having the same issue! Prime says I’m signed in but when I try to watch a video, it goes back to the Roku home page! I’m very annoyed!
Same problem here!! It’s making me so angry!
