How many complaints is it going to take to resolve this issue? It's been since the end of October when this issue appeared. The Roku developers need to talk with the Prime Video developers and resolve this issue instead of passing the buck to each other, and trying to make it out like each one of our complaints is some isolated incident only happening with our own individual devices.
We are aware that some users are experiencing glitches with the Prime Video app on their Roku devices. We understand and want to assure you that we are investigating the matter.
Update: It is under investigation, and we are currently working with the appropriate team to resolve the issue.

Good Lord the wheels move slowly with these tech companies. As somebody who has worked for many startups I understand why this is. But I also understand that it's unacceptable. You guys need to do better. It's been 4 months of this behavior and I'm freaking sick of it
I finally got sick of the way instant replay was working on Amazon Prime, did a google search, and ended up here. I’ve also been experiencing this issue for several months.
