Prime Pin Incorrect pls help me

everytime I try to do anything I get prompted to put a prime pin in, it has always been the same 5 numbers and now all of a sudden it is saying incorrect.  I don’t know who’s prime account is on here and I cannot check or do anything without the pin, I cannot even reset the device so I can access apps again.  Not sure what to do.

The use of Amazon Prime Video account PINs is optional and is under the control of the account holder.

If that doesn't help, have you tried logging out of Prime and back in again?

In Prime Roku app:

Go to menu, left side of screen
Scroll down and click on Settings
Scroll down and click on Sign out, follow prompts

When signed out, system will return you to Prime home page

Go to menu, left side of screen
Scroll down and click on Settings
Scroll down and click on Sign in, follow prompts
Sign in again with your Amazon Prime email and password
