Philo is not loading on any of our three Roku devices.

For some reason Philo is not loading on all three of our stoking devices. I had restarted and updated, but nothing works. All other channels load perfectly. Anyone else having trouble tonight?

Mine isn't loading last two days. I tried on my tablet and it works so has to be Roku.

Not necessarily. It could be the Philo servers. Many services, particularly the larger ones, have separate servers for various platforms. That means the Apple servers (that is, the servers that iOS and TVOS devices contact) could be down but the Android/Google servers (the ones Android devices contact) may be working. So, just because a service works on non-Roku devices doesn't mean it's a Roku issue; it could be a server issue from the streaming service. More troubleshooting is needed.

@TheWriter @Ladynpa

Thanks for the posts.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?

Thanks,
Danny
