Peacock TV kicking me out ever hour and 15 minutes.

For about a week now, peacock TV kicks me out of the channel every hour and 15 minutes. I have timed it 3 times. As someone who works from home and likes to have the office going in the background, this is very frustrating. I have updated the channel, and I have deleted it and re-downloaded it. The only reset option for my roku tv is a factory reset, which I won’t do because I’m not about to delete all my channels. Can someone tell me what the issue is or how to fix it because it is getting very very frustrating. #PeacockTV #HisenseRokuTV

Settings > System> About -- what Roku version is shown?

Roku 10.5 is currently rolling out and it reportedly contains some new options under Settings > System > Power on some models.  See if any options there fix your problem.

(Unfortunately, at this point the two Roku's on which I have received 10.5 did not receive the Power update, so I don't know exactly what you should be looking for.)

Re: Peacock TV kicking me out ever hour and 15 minutes.

@BrittanyLynn

Thanks for the post.

If you are unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

Once we have this information, we will be able to investigate further.

Thanks,
Danny
