I have Roku devices at two homes on two different networks. I previously installed the Peacock app in my account. My home TV does not show the app, my vacation home TVs works perfectly. When I do a app search on my Home TV, the Peacock app is not listed. When I access the Roku web app, Peacock shows as installed.
Thoughts?
Peacock picks what roku versions their channel will work with, if its too old it won't have the channel even if its on your account. I have insignia roku tv that doesn't have peacock app, but my tcl and hisense roku tv's do, they are newer. Take it up with peacock or upgrade. You can add a newer stand alone roku like the express to your roku tv for newer channels. Like apple tv isn't on my insignia roku tv either, which is 2016 model.
Are the homes in two different countries? Are you sure that both devices are linked to the same Roku account (email addresses shown under Settings->System->About should match).
I am having the same problem and both of mine are in the same house. Now one is older model Roku Stick and one is the new Express I believe. But the Express has it and the Stick does not and I can not find it. Is it possible that the Stick is too outdated?
