I have paramount plus through a Walmart plus account. When I try to sign in on my Roku either through the tv or through the web I still get the pay $4.99 a month page and I can’t get in but it says I’m signed in. How do I get past the pay page??  The email for my Roku and Walmart are the same. Passwords are different.

Please be advised that channel logins or authentication are handled directly by the channel developer. We suggest reaching out to Paramount+ support to report the issue and for further help. They can resolve the error you are having with channel authentication.
