Paramount+ will not load past sign in/welcome page. It will not load the menu. I have deleted the app restarted and loaded again. I have tried factory reset. I have unplugged the roku. Nothing has worked.

For clarification, have you tried logging in your Paramount + credentials? Could you reply here with a photo of your TV screen after you tried to sign in?

Yes, I've signed in and signed out and deleted and all of the things mentioned above. This is the screen I can not get past. I try hitting get started and it just says already subscribed and sends me back. Same if I go to watch free episodes. I'm not sure how to attach a photo of the screen. the camera icon in this community does actually attach a photo. it just asks for dimensions, source, and description.
