First, could you specify if there is a particular piece of content that is causing the issue? Also, have you tried updating the app? If not, you can update it by highlighting the app, pressing the star button, and then selecting "Channel Update."
Once the update is complete, please restart your Roku device by going to Settings > System > Power > System Restart.
