Channels & viewing

When we try to watch Paramount Plus it gives us options to sign up (which we have), watch free shows and sign out. I've checked my payment method and everything is fine with that and all of our other channels are working. Any ideas what could be causing this?

My account is doing the same thing... not sure why. Hope they fix it.

I just checked and it's working for me. I am subscribed directly with Paramount, not through Roku.

Having same problem. Comes up with 3 options. When I hit Get Started it says I already have an account and to sign in. I have found no place to allow me to sign in!!
