I am a current CBS All Access subscriber through Roku. I note that CBS is offering a 50% discount if new subscribers sign up for a year of Paramount Plus before it changes over on March 4. I cannot find out if this discount is also being offered to current subscribers. I went to the CBS All Access settings, there is a box for upgrading to Commercial Free, but before I click that box I want to know if it will let me use the Paramount Plus at checkout to get the 50% off deal. Does anybody know it I can get that deal?

I think the key is the discount is only for NEW subscribers. You would need to cancel your current subscription, then create a new one, possibly even requiring a new login creation.

Note the language below, new or returning (not existing):

"For new or returning subscribers, get 50% off your first year of the CBS All Access Annual Plan with coupon code "PARAMOUNTPLUS"."

I am lost.  I have paid for my CBS All Access through my Roku thru Mar 10, 2021.  I just tried to open it on my ROKU just like I did yesterday, and it has me signed out, and my old sign-in doesn't work.  Then I went to my ROKU acct and it shows I am current on payment.  I find on the Internet that as of today Mar 4 that it is changing to Paramount +, but I can not find a Paramount + channel on my ROKU.  Does anyone have any ideas where I can find it to watch on my ROKU?  I logged into Paramount+ on my computer, and it took my old CBS log in and brought up everything just like it was on CBS All Access on my ROKU, but again there is not a channel on my ROKU for it.  Help!

Same problem here. I'm paid through 3/18/21 on CBS All Access. All of a sudden midnight hits and the CBS AA app turns into a portal for Paramount+ but it only shows a fraction of the things that should be there. There is no Paramount+ or Paramount Plus channel to add anywhere. If I go to roku.com I log in and see everything I should. What kind of screwed up rollout is this?

Same problem. I’m paid up on, and was watching CBS all access, and it froze at midnight. I can login at the paramount website, but, no longer on my Roku. I tried adding the paramount channel, but, apparently that is not the one that used to be CBS All Access. Kind of annoying....

Same here! Several different Roku Streaming Stick + the premier, but the keyboard doesn't offer a plus sign,+ . Longtime CBS all access subscriber, but today that account is inactive and  cannot locate Paramount"+" on Roku.Help!!

If you had CBSAA already installed, it should have automatically updated to Paramount+. On one regularly used Roku, it opened up as normal, already logged in. On the other Roku that is not used often, I did have to log in. I chose the option to have it give me a code and I did it through a browser.

I subscribe directly with CBS, not through Roku.

Also, in other posts, people have noted that you can still search for and add CBS All Access, which will actually install Paramount +. This will probably all be straightened out over the day as everything is switched over.

Had same problem with login for Paramountplus, could not login with Roku but could login in on my computer. After talking to customer service they told me to hit the star button and pick check for updates. after update login worked.
