When we access Showtime through Paramount +, it has a ton of movies that are locked.

@sousa2004 What Paramount Plus subscription do you have?  Do you have the bundle that includes Showtime?  Is the subscription through Roku or directly from Paramount Plus?

Paramount Plus has recently changed pricing so Premium + Showtime is the same price as Essential + Showtime.

Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developer themselves. In this case, this is an indication that there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from the channel developer. Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel publisher. We suggest reaching out to them directly to share your concern.
