I'm having the same issue. Any idea when they will fix the problem or issue a credit for the paid subscription?

Followed steps and screen is still green and screen flickering in and out and volume distorted but was able to watch the live option TV  channel with no issues.

•try launching seal team season two episode.  Plays with audio but green screen and static in the sound

I'm having the same issue and the fix mentioned is not working. Al of the other apps work fine.

I'm having the same issue. It worked fine last night. I can see the pictures when fast forwarding or rewinding but when I hit play it's just a green screen I can hear sound but it's a little garbled. Wth?
