PBS won't connect to TV (Roku Stick 4K)

Hi.  I have Roku Stick 4K with my TV.  The setup is all fine.  I've added channels.  I go to watch PBS. I'm asked to register an account with PBS using my mobile because I'm asked to photo the QR Cod...
