Settings > System > Power > System Restart
The above menu path is for Roku TVs. For separate Roku devices the menu path is Settings > System > System Restart
@RokuDanny-R My issue is still not resolved, I am providing you with the following information as requested:
-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
Roku device model: 4400X - Roku 4
Serial number: YY00FG932200
Software Version 10.5.0 build 4174-17
Device ID: 4U759F932200
MicroSD Card: 6% used (2.0/31.4 GB)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
So far only occurs on YouTube channel
Ver 2.2 Build 93005146
also found YouTubeTV to be affected (we don't subscribe but have the channel loaded).
Ver 2.20 build 93005574
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
00-407-619
-when did you start to see this issue occur?
Couple of weeks ago. But we got it to work for a while (don't remember how) but it has returned today (10-10-2021). Last accessed YouTube without issue was yesterday (10-09-2021).
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
Select YouTube channel from Home screen. It indicates that it is loading. It counts down to about 54-55% then when it suddenly jumps to 100%, the error appears in a white box. "Can't run channel. YouTube could not be run because it could not be reinstalled from the network. Please check your network connection and try again."
-screenshot of any error messages of what you are experiencing.

Recent auto update ( 10/6/21) caused my Roku 3 to experience channel launch issues on all channels starting the next day. Have restarted unit and manually updated several times. Reset network and Roku 3 confirms settings are correct . This appears to be a previous problem from 9/15/21
Thanks for the post.

I see that this was an issue several weeks ago but was fixed. However, it just started today for me. Youtube and Prime (and possibly others I haven't checked) give me an error message when I try to run them that says "X can't run due to being unable to reinstall from network" or words to that effect.
I am on a TLC Roku TV, I am not sure what settings and info you need to know about. I have done a system update, no change. I have also reset the whole device, again no change.
Thanks in advance!
