Not Enough Storage problem on my tcl roku tv

This problem just started today, I was gonna watch netflix today but then it said that it didnt have enough storage to launch the app, so I started deleting half of the apps I don’t use to see if it would clear up any storage up. I tried to open it but it still showed the screen, i even cleared cache and reseted it, but it still didnt work. The TV doesnt even have a MicroSD insert.

I'm having the same issue with my Sharp Roku TV.  I have been trying to watch Amazon prime and I can't because lack of storage space. I want some solutions and not the same answers before. No of them seem to work at least not consistently especially when I want to watch pri.e or Netflix.
