None of my apps will load

None of my channels will stream. I have rebooted. Power restarted, unplugged both my router and television. Does anyone have any advice?

If you can, try connecting your Roku device to your phone's hotspot.  If it works with that connection, contact your ISP to figure out what the problem is.

I'm having the same issue. The steps I've taken, 

  • Pressed the reset button
  • Unplugged the ROKU Streambar (model 9102X)
  • Checked for updates
  • Un-installed Netflix, reinstalled 
  • Restarted device
  • Finally Factory Reset
  • I didn't do the mobile wifi, because wifi doesn't appear to be an issue.

I have an "excellent" connection but the apps either open but then close right away or won't open at all

Nothing has worked. Any advice @Roku?

Thanks for chiming in!

Have you also tried rebooting your Router? Sometimes, a glitch in the internet connection may cause problems such as these, and simply restarting the router might resolve the issue.
