We have sound for every other show except Murdoch Mysteries, which is one of our favorites. What should we do?

Do you have any other device/s connected to your TV? (e.g. speakers and another sound system)
Please try to update the channel by highlighting the channel tile, pressing the star button on your Roku remote, and selecting Check for updates.
