I have the same issue. All my regular channels load but don’t play videos and most images not appearing. Netflix, prime, bbc etc.
Have tried to delete and reinstall apps, restart roku. Nothing working.
We are having the same problem, however when we go say to Peacock it goes to a loading screen and stays at 0% and then nothing works and we have to unplug to start over.
Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're experiencing.
Have you tried restarting your router? If not, we suggest giving it a shot. Please let us know as well if the problem started when your Roku recently updated to the latest software.
Moreover, any or all channels not loading is likely from a failed automatic update. Customers have reported doing the following to resolve their issue:

Took a couple of attempts but that worked. it’s says it’s up to date although it’s showing last updated may 7 23:18. Software version 10.0.0 build 4195. Thanks
Same thing here. Every single channel just spins loading at 0% and won’t let me back out unless I unplug. Checked network connection-says it’s connected fine. Tried restarting- no change at all. Tried removing channel and re-downloading but can’t get any channels to installed either. TCL tv downstairs seemed to work fine, but my little Rokus in the bedroom aren’t doing sh*t. WTH do I do Roku??
What do we do if the remote won't even let us go to settings to carry out the process you described? In my case the remote will only cycle through certain channels and ask me to rate them in a separate screen, with information included last update, etc. Thanks!
Thank you so much for posting this remedy!! I've tried to find out what's been going on with my Roku for a couple of days now and I finally searched with different key words that brought me here. It looks like it was a failed update causing my issue. I followed your directions and the issue has resolved. 🙂 I was about to go buy another Roku but no need to now.
Thank You!!!!
