I cannot get NBC on my Roku. Had no problem before but last few days, I can’t access it.

can I get some help?

I deleted it then reinstalled it. Then disconnected everything. Then I turned back on, reinstalled NBC with no success.

Assuming you're not asking about over-the-air (antenna) access to a local NBC station on a Roku TV...

If you are talking about this NBC app: https://channelstore.roku.com/details/b4a44db4a5f23a72771e8ed85816d3bc/nbc, it requires paid access to a "tv provider" account, typically a cable or satellite account, that includes access to a local NBC station.  Do you have such an account?  If not, what Roku channel app were you previously using to access NBC?

Have cable with Xfinity with access to NBC. Used to get it!!

When removing a channel, please make sure to restart your Roku device before adding the channel back again, specifically in that order.

If you are still experiencing an issue with the NBC channel, have you already tried contacting the channel provider to see what insight they can provide? Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves. 

Please keep us posted what you find out.
