I am in the UK and just set up my Roku Express and I cannot find the Now Tv app?
What is the Roku Express model number? Settings > System > About
I noticed that there have been many instances over the years of Now TV not working with Roku Express, listed both on the Roku forums and the Now TV forums. Depending on the model number, some app developers do not support all the different Roku Express models. The developers pick the ones they support, and your model number may help determine that.
Also, everything I've seen from Now TV shows a Stick, not an Express in the images. It may be that a Stick or better is required for Now TV in your region. Let us know your model number and we can go from there.

NowTV does work on newer expresses, streambar (I have both and a NowTV subscription). And I suspect also newer premiere, Ultra will support.
Older models (older express, 3,2,1, older purple sticks) are not supported. Same situation with BBC iPlayer/and I think BBC Sounds.
NowTV also enforces a device limit on account (can pay more for additional, also for 4k) but that won't stop app from installing.

I also think it think I’m in America? All the channels are USA and it’s asking me to pay in dollars for a version of the ITV Hub?
Were you ever in the USA? Did you set up your Roku account in the USA? Did you set it up using a VPN?
What you're describing usually only happens if someone varies from standard setup processes (purchased in country, from an in-country retailer, setting up in-country).
And yes, there is a USA version of iTV Hub. It's branded as Royalbox.

I visited America last year on holiday but cannot recall using Roku. I have only used ROKU as a remote for my now tv stick which has since stopped working.
Let's get @RokuDanny-R , @RokuMary-F , @RokuKariza-D involved to help. It's possible (not 100%) that something in the account settings that is wrong and they would need to be involved in resolving it.
