Night Flight Channel Login

I signed up for the Night Flight Plus service online through the Night Flight website, and I'm unable to login into the Roku Night Flight app using the same verified email/password I use on the site.  Has anyone else had issues with this?

Please be advised that channel logins or authentication are handled directly by the channel developer. We suggest reaching out to Night Flight's customer support team to report the issue and get help. They can resolve the error you are having with channel login.

Having the same issue with Night Flight...  Can log in online, but not thru Roku.

Thanks for reaching out to the Roku Community. 

Do you receive an error message or code when attempting to login into the channel on your Roku device? Have you tried to remove the channel and see if it helps? If you haven't tried it yet, you can remove the affected channel and re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > System restart.

If you are still experiencing the issue, as suggested, kindly reach out to Night Flight's customer support team to report the issue and get additional help. They can resolve the error you are having with channel login.
