The channel developer themselves maintains channels on Roku. We suggest reaching out to the channel provider's customer support directly to report the issue and get help. There's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from them.
Same here - I had a subscription for over a year and tried to renew, then all my ROKUS got the 403-forbidden on them when trying to see replays. 3 times I have opened tickets with NFL support to no avail.
I reinstalled my ROKU, updated all software including ROKU and NFL changed my password, changed my userid - nothing. I also think the NFL responses are now fully robots because suddenly the "friendly customer support" uses full names? Never heard of that...
