There is an unofficial list over at at the Roku Guide website. (not affiliated with Roku). Looks like they are still keeping it current tracking of all the available channels/apps available to install on the Roku devices. https://www.rokuguide.com/channels
I also like another unoffical site called Roku.Guide (again, not affiliated with Roku) since a little better organized. https://roku.guide/
