Netflix is working fine here. I am watching it right now on my Streaming Stick+, model 3810.
Some additional information may help us help you troubleshoot.
What Roku model number do you have? Roku menu path Settings > System > About will tell you.
Has this been previously been working and just now stopped?
Do you have other channels that are working okay?
How is your Roku's internet connection? Settings > Network > Check connection will tell you. What download speed does it report after this check completes and you click OK?
