Netflix install required over and over

Recently, i installed Netflix on a Roku TV. The next day, I went to watch Netflix and the channel was gone. So - I went and found it, reinstalled in - enjoyed some entertainment. Next day - same thing. This kept happening over and over. Most recently, the channel wasn’t there again, and so I went to search for it again, and clicked on it and it acted like it was already installed. Just odd. None of my other channels behave this way. Once I install them, they show up in my menu of available channels. Thoughts?

Usually when channels appear or disappear randomly it's because there's multiple users using Roku devices linked to the same Roku account.  Any channel added/removed to/from one device gets added/removed to/from all devices linked to the same account.
