Netflix auto play turned off

Jump to solution

My auto play has been turned off for months now and I can’t seem to get any help as to why. I have reached out to Netflix themselves and they say it’s an software beta test yet IT IS ONLY ON MU ROKU THAT THIS IS HAPPENING! I have tried to reach support and I can’t get anything so can someone please help me? It’s really annoying since it’ll play all night while I’m asleep.

@Joeelizabeth

Thanks for the inquiry.

If you are still unable to resolve the issue you are experiencing after trying what @robman501a mentioned, you'll want to contact Netflix support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

You can reach Netflix support here: https://help.netflix.com/en

Thanks,

I wanted to change the auto play settings on my Netflix account and all I needed to do was log in to the Netflix website on the computer, go to the account settings, selected a user profile and enabled/disabled the auto play settings.

Not sure if that will help you. 🤷‍♂️
