After streaming a movie or show on prime video and Netflix for about 30 seconds, it crashes or turns off and goes back to the Home Screen. I have tried logging out and logging back in and even redownloading the channel but nothing works?
Did you restart your Roku device before re-installing the channel? That step is crucial when performing the troubleshooting. If you haven't tried the suggested order (remove > restart > re-install), we would recommend giving it a shot once again. Please also make sure to restart the device from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > System restart > Restart.
