Netflix Connection Issues

Very randomly, Netflix hasn't been working on my Roku TV. The quality is awful, and it will play for a minute or two before stopping and reloading. All of my other apps seem to be working. I restarted my TV, restarted my wifi box, reset the internet connection on the TV, and even restored to factory settings. Nothing helps!! My TV is updated, and I tried to delete and re-install Netflix, but Netflix comes with the TV so I don't know how that's possible.

Please help, this is so annoying!

Thanks for the post.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Please keep us posted what you find out.
