Renewed my subscribed to NFL+ (new version of Gamepass) acouple months ago.  Did so via the NFL+ account/site.  Week one all fine.  Week two only full games, no condensed.  Week 3, last night, the app said I needed to subscribe to access anything (full or condensed).  Logged out, back in, still shows as a non subscriber.  Check on the PC, log into NFL+ shows me as a subscriber just fine.

Somehow rthey made it weven more painfyl than last year.

Worse, there is literlaly no support to contact for NFL+.

Does the issue only occur on NFL+ or across other channels installed on your Roku device?

Have you tried removing the affected channel NFL+ and then re-install again? If not, we suggest starting there. In some cases, removing the affected channel and then re-installing it may help. Restart your device before re-adding the channel back in to ensure the process is successful. We recommend doing this through the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If there is no Power submenu, proceed to the next step.) > System restart.

Thanks for the reply.  I did try all that before posting. No change.   Magically, yesterday afternoon and 2 days after the resert/reisntall everything went back to normal.  Pretty sure its just bugginess on the NFL side.
