I tried to activate this channel after activating Peacock. I missed the email to verify so I tried to follow the directions to have another activation code sent, but I could see no way to do so. I also go a message that said something like, "payment not recognized" Not sure where to go from here.

Channel logins or authentication are handled directly by the channel developer. We suggest reaching out to NBC support to report the issue and for further help. They can resolve the error you are having with channel authentication.
